Engagement plays a vital role in LinkedIn. Most of us here search by name or engage with the feed posts. Or make the bell button on. What can we do besides that? Follow the process. 1. Click on the search box, and hit enter. 2. Select post. 3. Sort by "Top match/Latest" 4. Date posted - last 24 hours 5. From member - type the name, select, and hit show result. Through the process, you can engage with your ICP or the growth innovator members. You can also search by keywords according to your expertise, or help seelking post or talk about that.

Most people you'll see on LinkedIn get this veryyy wrong. - Horrible bios that make zero sense. - Random offers that don't align with their audience. - Content that fails to deliver on its promises. I put together a simple Profile Optimization Guide for you. Using this framework, you'll instantly look more legit, build more trust, and convert your audience into followers, to leads, to clients.
