Hi guys, I really struggle with my decision making when a through ball is played to just outside the box. Sometime I come out too late and find myself in an awkward position and end up conceding the 1v1, or I don’t come out at all and the striker gets a goal. How could I solve this problem?

Lost 4-3 away in a hard fought game, probably shouldn’t have conceded the last minute winner but was not entirely my fault. Gutted with the loss and will work on my weaknesses throughout the week, but now the focus is on winning the next game.

Won 9-2 at home, not much to do for me, was beaten in a 1v1 because I split a bit too slow and conceded a finesse shot that I couldn’t do much about but overall good result and good performance from me. We are challenging for the league this season after winning the last game 5-0
