First Google Shopping Campaign
So I'm launching my first google ads standard shopping campaign for my ecomm brand. My plan is to use manual CPC until I get 30 conversion in a 30 day period and then switch to targeted ROAS. I think I know what I'm doing but I have some questions. I'm not sure I can get enough conversion volume to make a target ROAS strategy work long term. My products are relatively niche and the keyword planner doesn't give me much insight on volume. Is there a way to know the viability of a target ROAS campaign before spending thousands on manual cpc to try to get the minimum conversion data or do i just have to try it? I launched the campaign a couple days ago but am not seeing many impressions (about 60 a day) and no clicks. Does it take time for more volume of impressions to start or are my bids just not high enough? Any insights would be appreciated, thanks.

It's a bit difficult to say without analyzing the data. But a small number of impressions can have a direct relationship with your bid. Manual CPC is basically a way for you to control how much you want to appear and stand out among your competitors. Normally, the campaign should already have a reasonable amount of clicks and impressions in the first week. Now you need to analyze whether your bid is competitive within the niche and your competitors, and then adjust it.

@Jordan Barbieri You can check the campaign overview section, and by scrolling down you can see how you are doing in the auction and who your competitors are, in impression share and win share. In the insights and reports section you also have an overview of how your campaign is doing. In the keyword planner you can also see the average CPC of the words, this can help you get an idea of the words people are searching for vs. the CPC you set. These analyses can help you have better control of the auction.
Behavior of PMAX campaigns
Guys, two days ago I made some changes to my campaigns. I had my PMAX with all products included, about 1,600 variants. I created a mid and low campaign and left only the best-performing products in the initial PMAX. However, since making these changes, both the original campaign and the two new ones have been performing terribly. In this case, should I wait to see if performance improves, or should I relaunch the PMAX with the best sellers, which is currently the worst-performing one?

I have similar questions to yours, but I know that the split has to happen in small batches, making a big change in a Pmax will affect the algorithm and performance. How did you make this transition from best-selling products to low and medium, was it all at once?

@Matteo Coletta That's great!
Split Pmax full assets - Best Sellers
Hi everyone, I'm running a Pmax full assets campaign with a collection. From this collection, 3 products are standing out. Now I'm thinking about the best way to divide the products to Best Sellers. Following Mike's script, I noticed that most of the conversions are coming from the shopping. I'd like your opinion, please, on how to Split it. Option 1: turn off the Pmax fulll assets and create a new Pmax, feed only with only the 3 products "Best Sellers" Option 2: keep the Pmax full assets campaign running and just hide the 3 products in groups of cards, to remove them from the shopping, and then create a new Pmax, feed only, with only the 3 products and keep both running. Which of the following would be the best alternative? Does anyone have any advice? @Austin LeClear @Steve Cox Guys any advice?

Help to Create a Pmax-only feed
Hi everyone. I'm trying to create a Pmax feed only, which I saw on the youtube channel grow my ads, but I'm not able to. Could someone give me a tip on how to create it? I tried to create it with filled assets and then duplicate it, to create a new one without information, but Google requires a minimum filling of titles and phrases. Could someone help me?
Demand gen
Hi. I'm having trouble validating tests in demand generation. I have questions about how long I should consider before shutting down a campaign that has not generated sales. Do you have any strategies to share for testing in demand generation? Anyone could help me ? :)

Thanks for sharing. Yes, I have been analyzing the historical data, but I have been considering 7 days to turn off a campaign that has not had any sales. I will review my strategy and read the links you sent me.
