Behavior of PMAX campaigns
Guys, two days ago I made some changes to my campaigns. I had my PMAX with all products included, about 1,600 variants. I created a mid and low campaign and left only the best-performing products in the initial PMAX. However, since making these changes, both the original campaign and the two new ones have been performing terribly. In this case, should I wait to see if performance improves, or should I relaunch the PMAX with the best sellers, which is currently the worst-performing one?

@Gabriel dos Santos Silverio I moved the products all at once. I will wait a couple more days, and if the performance doesn’t improve, I will relaunch the best-sellers campaign. I’ve noticed that when a PMAX campaign loses performance due to sudden changes, relaunching it helps it recover well.
Google Ads Conversion Tag Firing Failed
Hi Guys, I'm desperate, please, any suggestions are welcome :) Around early December 2024, something happened with Google Tag Manager. Now, Google Ads conversion actions show the "failed" status even though the tag fires in theory. Take a look at the screen; the same conversion event fires in GA4 but fails in GTM. I checked almost everything there is to check: 1. GTM works and is integrated with the website correctly 2. Incognito mode, different browsers tested 3. No additional consent required checked in the tag settings 4. Triggers are ok 5. Conversion ID and label are the same as in GAds 6. GAds tag installed in GTM Up until a few days ago, I thought this was a cookie banner issue, but now I'm experiencing this issue with a website that doesn't have a cookie banner yet. Plus, this conversion action has been working fine up until very recently, I didn't change anything in the tag or website settings. 2 more observations: 1. When I test this event in GTM Assistant in a different browser, at first, it fires correctly, but the second attempt results in the failed status 2. GAds seem to be counting these conversions either way, but I'm afraid that it can adversely affect the counting at some point. I did some research (actually, a lot of research...) and I found this thread: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/thread/311624206/help-needed-google-ads-conversion-tag-firing-failed?msgid=314381661 I have the exact same problem, 44 people voted they have the same question, and all the replies are like "me, too!". No one seems to know the reason, let alone the solution... Is there any chance any of you have encountered this issue and know how to fix it? Or should I move with conversion tracking entirely to GA4...? Thanks in advance! Mike

happened to me too, with this problem the campaigns lost performance, I solved it by paying a freelancer on fiverr.
No spending budget PMAX
Hi guys, I have two PMAX campaigns running for over 3 months, each with a budget of 1k and a target ROAS of 300. They have always performed well, but about 15 days ago, Google stopped tracking sales due to an update. Now it’s resolved, but the campaigns are only spending 15% of the budget. In this case, should I lower the target ROAS and wait, or duplicate and relaunch the campaigns?

@Stephen Gache No the campaigns are not limited by the budget, but they can't spend 100%, I can't understand why
Search campaign
I've had a Search campaign running for 2 months, initially set up to maximize clicks, as shown in some YouTube videos. Meanwhile, I launched a Shopping campaign that's performing great, along with two PMAX campaigns—one with my best sellers and the other with products that hadn’t received impressions yet, and everything's working fine. My question is: should I create a new Search campaign with a conversions objective, or can I just change the objective in my existing Search campaign?
