If you’re in this community and feeling lost… this might be why.
Most people don’t fail here because they’re incapable. They fail because they try to move in five directions at once. They watch. They save posts. They consume information. But they don’t commit to one clear starting point. And that quiet confusion? It builds frustration fast. Here’s the shift that changes everything: Stop asking, “How do I win here? ”Start asking, “What is the one action I will execute this week?” Momentum doesn’t come from knowing more. It comes from doing one thing repeatedly. Now let’s make this honest: If you’re new, what’s the one thing that’s currently confusing you? If you’ve been here a while, what’s one mistake you made early that others can avoid? Drop it below. No polished answers. Just real ones. Someone’s clarity might start in your comment.

@Mav M Ohh really?
Introduction
Just joined the community excited to be here 🙌 I’ve been deep in AI automation the past few months and it completely shifted how I think about income generation. I learned a system from someone inside Skool, implemented it step-by-step, and the consistency surprised me more than the size of the results. Not here to sell anything — just here to learn, share, and connect with people actually building. Curious — what automation are you guys currently testing or scaling?

How I Built a Smart RSS Digest System Using n8n
A client came to me with a simple request on the surface. They wanted a way to keep up with multiple RSS feeds without spending hours reading through repeated or low quality articles. The real challenge was scale. The feeds produced duplicate entries. Some articles only shared previews instead of full content. Reading everything daily wasn’t realistic. So I built a custom n8n workflow to handle it end to end. The automation collects content from multiple RSS feeds and removes duplicates automatically. When an article doesn’t contain the full text, the system fetches and extracts the complete content before processing it further. From there, OpenAI summarizes each article into clear and readable insights. At the end of the day, everything is compiled into a clean daily digest and delivered straight to Telegram.

Your AI service isn't the problem…
This is. (simple fix inside) If you’ve been following my posts, you know I share a lot of strategies and tactics to help you get more leads and clients for your AI services… But today, we’re gonna go a bit deeper as to why your calendar might not be as full as you like, and why business owners aren’t biting. You might think it is, but the problem isn’t your AI service… It’s how early you are to the market. In 95% of cases, business owners aren’t choosing other AI service providers over you. They’re actually not choosing anyone… Why? Because they don’t understand what AI even is. When your prospect has no mental shelf to put you on, they don't know what you do… Let alone why it matters. Cluelessness is the problem. And it’s the hidden cost of being early to any market. So here’s the shift you want to make in your messaging: • Name the prospects’ pain points in familiar terms • Anchor your service to what prospects get • Position AI as an upgrade, NOT a revolution (big one) And unbutton any jargon because it chokes your message. Here’s an example: ✖️ “Harness cutting-edge AI solutions to drive transformative data hygiene and strategic document optimization across the enterprise landscape.” I mean, come on… nobody is buying that. ✔ "If your team is spending hours cleaning up spreadsheets, our AI solution will handle that in the background to keep them focused on bigger objectives.” The service layer of AI is starting to accelerate… But the marketing layer hasn’t caught up yet. Which means all you need to do is not preach ‘revolutionary’ solutions. Just define their bottlenecks and offer to solve them. When the dust settles, the AI Agencies who dominate won't have the most sophisticated solutions. They'll be the ones who built the mental shelves prospects can place their service on. Be clear. Not clever. __ I hope this helps, Dan 🤝
