A small goal setting for this year
The main focus for me would be growing the business I’m looking to maybe do 500,000 this year so I’d have to break that into quarters and then months and then you know how many jobs I would have to hit to hit that goal. I know right now, my advertising is hard to Get around due to financial restraints, but hopefully it will change here soon and where I can start advertising and really get traction in getting the conversions in to clients.

By knowing the exact cost of your job, so you know what the cost of material is and what the cost of the labor is so you know what your actual profit margin is and getting your cost for operational cost for the cost of doing business like office expenses and like truck payments insurance gas licenses, etc.

🚀 The Law of Sacrifice: for Contractor Builders & Home Service Businesses 🚀
🔑 The Concept: Leadership comes with sacrifices. In contracting and home services, leaders understand that to achieve greater success, they must be willing to give up something—whether it’s time, comfort, or resources—to elevate their business. 🔸 Short-Term Sacrifice for Long-Term Gain – Leaders often make sacrifices today for a bigger payoff tomorrow. Whether it’s investing extra hours to complete a critical project or reinvesting profits to grow the business, sacrifices are necessary to achieve success. 🔸 Leaders Give Up Personal Comfort for Team Success – Sometimes, leadership means stepping out of your comfort zone. Leading by example, taking on tough decisions, and pushing through challenges inspire your team to follow suit. 🔸 The Higher You Go, the More You Give Up – As your business grows, the sacrifices may increase. Time, personal freedom, and energy are often required to maintain success at higher levels—but those sacrifices lead to greater achievements. 🌟 How It Applies to Your Business: In contracting and home service businesses, success often requires sacrifices. Whether it’s giving up time to mentor your team or taking risks to expand your company, leaders must make sacrifices to move their business forward. 🔥 What have you given up to take your business to the next level? Share your experience below! 👇 Tag a leader who exemplifies sacrifice for success! 💬

Well, I’ve given up a lot of time you know just doing the day-to-day business responsibilities. I’m still a young company so but I swear your your VA’s will come in handy and any kind of system you can get involved in that helps lesson the time restraints or time on your calendar, where you could do You
