How do you deal with..
How do you deal with jean that say they are high rise in Manufactures description yet they are only Mid Rise in eBays Description? I Have a pair right now that say they are High-Rise Skinny Crop, yet they are only 9" rise. EBay say Mid Rise 8.5-10.5? I keep the manufactures Description in title, and mark them mid. What do you do?

I included a photo with measurements.
My favorite thing when Reselling.
My favorite thing is to list an item and have it sell within 24 hours of listing it. This tells me I am sourcing the right items. Some may say, "you priced it too low if it sold in 24 hours". I say, I bought the right item, at the right price, listed it correctly to get eyes on it, and priced it at a price I was happy to sell it at. Do I ever take a closer look at the item to see if I missed something in my pricing? Sure I do on occasion, but not very often. More often, I think, how can I do this with more items. How about you? Do you regret when something sells quickly?

Welcome and enjoy the ride.
Are you truly consistent?
As I mention on here many times. I follow and study many other eBay Resellers. It is amazing how many start moving in the right direction. They begin to get consistent with their listings every day. Their sales start to pick up. Sometimes I hear how great and awesome their sales are. Then, they slack off their listings. Their sales drop, and they start to complain. Why am I not getting any sells? What is wrong with eBay? Why did they change what was working should be the real question. I am as guilty as anyone else about this. Why? Why walk away from what has shown to work? Have you done this? Have you caused your own self inflicted pain?

@Wes Benham I completely agree, many play what I call the "blame game and ask why has this happen to me". When everyone is completely in control of themselves. You may not have control of outside variables but everyone can control of themselves. I have learned and have been quilty of this. Control the controllable and you will experience more success then failure.
Thoughts about improving STR
I was trying to do some figuring on how to improve STR. Let me run these thoughts by you and see what you think. Here is a simple example I choose to use for no particular reason. Levi's 505 Jeans Men's Size 32x32 Blue Used Condition. 539 sold, and 1800+ listed = 29.9% STR ( Really not to bad for a simple pair of Levi's 505 NOTE: Size makes big difference on STR) Now lets say I want to improve my STR (or my odds of Selling these Jeans). If I adjust my price to $19 max on my search, I end up getting only 624 listed. My thoughts are technically there are still 539 sold. (Items Under $19) 539 sold + 624 listed = 86% STR (Items Under $18.50) 539 sold + 550 Listed = 98% STR (Items Under $18) 539 Sold + 541 Listed = 99.6% STR What are your thoughts on my calculations? Can a person use calculations like this to improve the STR of their items, or at least price their items to get improved results?
