My favorite thing is to list an item and have it sell within 24 hours of listing it. This tells me I am sourcing the right items. Some may say, "you priced it too low if it sold in 24 hours". I say, I bought the right item, at the right price, listed it correctly to get eyes on it, and priced it at a price I was happy to sell it at. Do I ever take a closer look at the item to see if I missed something in my pricing? Sure I do on occasion, but not very often. More often, I think, how can I do this with more items. How about you? Do you regret when something sells quickly?
