Daily Ramadan Habit Tracker [Super Simplified]
Salam all, I always tell my clients: "What gets measured gets managed"! We need to create some feedback loop to ensure we are measuring the basics of our energy, focus, and routines (check the High Performance Ramadan for more). While there are tons of apps that you can use to track your suhur / iftar / sleep / Quran reading, I cannot stress enough the importance of SIMPLIFYING THINGS. Here's a quick way: simply paste this to a google doc and track the following: Should not take more than 3 minutes per day (don't overthink it, just start): ### *Daily Ramadan Energy & Habit Tracker* #### *Day: __ March 2025, __ Ramadan 1446H* #### *Sleep & Mood* - *Time of sleep:* ____ - *Wake-up time:* ____ - *Total sleep duration:* ____ - *Did you take a nap?* [ ] Yes [ ] No | *Duration:* ____ - *Mood & energy level:* ____ #### *Food & Drink Intake* - *Suhoor:* ____ - *Iftar:* ____ - *Snacks:* ____ - *Did you have?* [ ] Coffee [ ] More than two cups of tea [ ] Sugar #### *Daily Spiritual & Personal Growth* - *Qur’an pages read:* ____ - *Minutes spent listening to a beneficial lecture:* ____ - *Taraweeh prayed?* [ ] Yes [ ] No #### *Daily Activities & Energy Levels* - *Social media usage (minutes):* ____ - *Quality time spent with family?* [ ] Yes [ ] No | *Duration:* ____ - *Short exercise?* [ ] Yes [ ] No | *Type:* ____ - *From wake-up to start of the day:* ____ - *From start of the day to Dhuhr:* ____ - *From Dhuhr to Asr:* ____ - *From Asr to Maghrib:* ____ - *From Maghrib to Isha:* ____ - *From Isha to bedtime:* ____

jazakAllah, it's very focused and manageable
A single proverb from one soul became the catalyst for another's reflection
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I pray this message finds you all in the best of health and the highest states of أمين Late into the evening a few weeks ago, my teacher shared a profound statement one that, by the will of Allah, I initially mistranslated, only realizing my error hours later, الحمد لله Yet, those very words gripped me, drawing me into deep contemplation for hours on end. I became utterly absorbed, setting aside all else I was engaged in. A single proverb from one soul became the catalyst for another's reflection, stretching through the night. Our very first session touched upon the soul, the heart, the nafs, and the body. This reflection continues to revolve around these very elements, unraveling their depths in ways I had not anticipated. I wished to share this with you all, in the hope that, even by chance, you may find some benefit in it as well.
