We need to create some feedback loop to ensure we are measuring the basics of our energy, focus, and routines (check the High Performance Ramadan for more).
While there are tons of apps that you can use to track your suhur / iftar / sleep / Quran reading, I cannot stress enough the importance of SIMPLIFYING THINGS.
Here's a quick way: simply paste this to a google doc and track the following: Should not take more than 3 minutes per day (don't overthink it, just start):
