The DJF & Fam x ChatJPT Signature Smoked Double-Cheese Jalapeño
🕒 Quick info - Level: Easy + - Total time: ~1 hr 15 min - Servings: 12 poppers (perfect for a serious appetizer) 🧾 Ingredients 🌶️ Base - 6 large jalapeños (halved lengthwise, seeds removed) - 12 slices thin-cut bacon (important) 🧀 Decadent stuffing - 250 g cream cheese (room temperature) - 1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded - ½ cup smoked blue cheese (Fourme d’Ambert for a bold kick) - 2 tbsp chopped green onions - 1 tbsp onion confit - ½ tsp black pepper - ½ tsp Québec Kansas BBQ spices (sweet & savory) 🔪 Preparation (important) 1. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise 2. Remove all the seeds 3. Blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water, then 3 minutes in ice water; pat dry well 4. Mix all the stuffing ingredients until smooth but still slightly textured 🧱 Assembly 1. Generously fill each jalapeño half 👉 it should overflow a bit 2. Gently press closed with your fingers 3. Wrap 1 to 2 slices of bacon around each 4. Secure with a toothpick 🔥 Smoking 1. Place the poppers on the grate, seam side up 2. Smoke at 275°F 3. 75 minutes without opening the smoker

Winter
I’m realy shy to show that here but my baby as seen there first snow this year because I didn’t put them under my spa gazebo soon enaught this year… What about your winter set up? Do you leave the out in the snow?

Before i left them on my patio with cover all winter, snow on it and i was able to use them without problem! This year i upgrsde my setup so no more problem
New features?
Hello all, I know many people here come from the French site which currently is more mature so the question is what are some features that should be brought over here? I think the flyer section for example wouldn't be ideal as this site risks to be more geographically diverse. However, I would love to have a dedicated recipes section so we can start sharing all the delicious goodness there! What else would you like to see put in?

Recipes because i’m sure we will see lot of new things Even the BBQ Model, because i’m sure all over the world there is way more that BBQ we have in Quebec,!
