Hes guy's and gal's, I was wondering whar are your 3 favorite meat to cook on your BBQ. For me it's Short Ribs, pulled pork and whole chicken. It's not the most complicated cook that are the best and it's also connected to the fact that my family really dig those receipes.

Favorite meat to cook for me is brisket, short ribs and pulled pork. I really enjoy the long cooks. What i do more often is rotisserie chicken on my weber kettle and picanha steaks (first sous vide, then sear over the charcoal)
BbQ project of the day - Rotisserie Chicken on my Phantom
Will do a booster and carabean spices rub and try out the rotisserie functionality of my Phantom for the first time. Any advices from people who already tried it out?

I don't usually put anything inside..I rub butter under the skin and then on top and I've found that the Dior brand bbq spice is very good for rotisserie chicken.
Santa came early this year!
Just received the Napoleon Phantom I had ordered! It looks even better in my backyard than in the store where I purchased it! Received great service from BBQ Québec delivery team. Looking forward to try it out and share my recipes!

Winter
I’m realy shy to show that here but my baby as seen there first snow this year because I didn’t put them under my spa gazebo soon enaught this year… What about your winter set up? Do you leave the out in the snow?

I usually wheel them into the garage and wheel them just outside when i want to use then... neighbors find it hilarious that i bbq all winter in front of my house.
New features?
Hello all, I know many people here come from the French site which currently is more mature so the question is what are some features that should be brought over here? I think the flyer section for example wouldn't be ideal as this site risks to be more geographically diverse. However, I would love to have a dedicated recipes section so we can start sharing all the delicious goodness there! What else would you like to see put in?
