This is my opinion and not going to bother you with what Fragrantica’s web site has about this scent. While going to a luxury department store in Mexico City, my sons pulled me into the perfume department where niche fragrances are, right there is where I first saw this perfume house, but they also carried another brand and right there I bought my first niche perfume Amouage Interlude 53. I really liked Boadicea, so I left it for another time. Well, when I came back to that store, I found out they dropped the brand and did not have it anymore. Needless to say, I found a discount online and bought this one and it’s a very nice fragrance. It opens with a fresh kick of cardamom, spicy, slightly green, and energizing, reminding me of a vacation we had to this coffee plantation in Chiapas where they also had cardamom. Soon after, orange blossom adds a soft, warm sweetness, balancing the sharpness with a touch of brightness. As it dries down, the scent becomes deeper and more refined. The woody leather base gives it a smooth, rich character. It feels both modern and timeless, bold yet inviting. For someone who likes a fragrance with contrast, fresh but warm, strong but never overwhelming. Note: The first picture is mine, the rest were taken from different websites.
