Looking for JV on Package of 10 vacant lots
I have a package of 10 residential lots for sale, all located in Placida / Port Charlotte, FL. Lot sizes range from 7,000 sq ft to 9,500 sq ft, and all lots have access to public water and sewer. I’m looking for a serious JV partner interested in locking this in with me.
