🌞 The Power of Morning Routines: Jumpstarting Your Day with Purpose
For over a decade, I've been a huge fan of morning routines. While I like to mix things up to keep it fresh, my current routine is something I'm really excited to share. Here's what my mornings look like, along with some insights into the benefits of each step: 🌞 1. Morning Smile: Starting the day with a smile sets a positive tone. Smiling can boost your mood, reduce stress, and even strengthen your immune system. ⚖️ 2. Weighing and Measuring: Consistently tracking weight and waist measurements helps you stay accountable and aware of your progress. It's a simple way to maintain health goals. 💪 3. Push-Ups: A quick set of push-ups jumpstarts your metabolism, builds upper body strength, and energizes you for the day. 🤸 4. Rebounding with Red Light Therapy: Jumping on a rebounder gets your lymphatic system moving, improving circulation and detoxification. Combining this with red light therapy enhances skin health, reduces inflammation, and boosts cellular energy. (I do this in front of my red light therapy device**) 🧘 5. Breathwork and Meditation: Engaging in breathwork oxygenates your body and clears your mind. Following this with meditation grounds you, reduces anxiety, and enhances mental clarity, emotional balance, and focus. This powerful combination allows you to reconnect with the present moment, improve self-awareness, and cultivate resilience, setting a calm yet energized tone for the rest of your day. (I do this in front of my red light therapy device**) 🔴 6.Red Light Therapy**: This treatment charges your body, reducing inflammation, improving skin health, and boosting energy at the cellular level. It pairs perfectly with rebounding for a revitalizing start. 🌱 7. Morning Juice: A fresh juice, whether it's green or a turmeric ginger shot, provides a nutrient boost. It's a refreshing way to get antioxidants and kickstart your digestion. 🌬️ COMING SOON: 8. Cold Plunge: Very soon, I’ll be building a sauna and cold plunge in my house, which will become an essential part of my morning routine. Incorporating the cold plunge will add a powerful element to kickstart my day, boosting energy, improving circulation, and sharpening my focus. It’s a step I’m excited to integrate, taking my wellness practices to the next level right from home.

Because of many questions leads to emotional answers, how can he practice to not take things personally from what customer shared?
Back to basics of Soulful selling
Thanks @Frans Francis for a great session today (Oct 7, 2024). And I assume it's @Nevena Banov who made a prompt upload and great summary of the session here: https://www.skool.com/soulx-community-4636/classroom/750f7931?md=79c9452d41a347a29f362cfd2908921c There was so much valuable information in this call that I thought it is worth a public discussion and sharing. For one, I discovered another color of voice - gray voice. One of the most important takeaways from this session was reminding and setting an intention before the call: "I am here to serve" I loved Sam's addition, that curiosity can be a gateway. Curiosity + pre-call intention leads to more connection with heart and emotion, leading to connection with the prospect, leading to the prospect feeling heard and understood, leading to fewer objections (and less gray voice). I also loved @Frans Francis sharing his story that in the beginning, he had only one tool: "[being] here to serve, to listen, understand them, and really come from a place of service …" Another big point of this session was about going deeper into emotional things for prospects. And I can relate, that in this call I did not go deeper on "wanting to quit job", because part of me assumed that it knew what it meant, but do I really know what it means and why it's important? As Frans said: “When find gold, keep digging”. And then of course the "singing questions exercise" is something I am looking forward to adding to my sales training self-practice. :) These are my key takeaways. What are yours? 🐝🙏💝

I love "Happy Birthday to You!" melody to "what's your situation?" 🤣 It's making call more sweet and fun!
✅ Growth Mindset VS ❌ Fixed Mindset
🌱 Embracing a Growth Mindset: Your Key to Success in Sales and Beyond Hello, Community! 🙌 Today, let's dive into a crucial topic: Mindset. As Tony Robbins famously says "In every endeavor, psychology is 80%, and strategy is only 20%." This means how we approach challenges, opportunities, and learning largely shapes our success.Let’s explore the difference between a Fixed Mindset and a Growth Mindset in five key areas: skills, challenges, effort, feedback, and setbacks. 1. Skills - Fixed Mindset: People with a fixed mindset believe that skills and talents are innate. “You either have it, or you don’t.” - Growth Mindset: People with a growth mindset believe that skills are developed through hard work and learning. Every effort brings you closer to mastery! 💪 The key takeaway here is to always believe that you can improve. Whether you're starting in sales, building relationships, or refining your abilities, remember: consistent effort and practice will always lead to growth. 2. Challenges - Fixed Mindset: Challenges are seen as threats. “What if I fail? I’ll look foolish.” - Growth Mindset: Challenges are opportunities to grow. As Marcus Aurelius said, "The obstacle is the way." 🚀 In sales and in life, obstacles will always appear. How you respond to them defines your growth. Instead of shying away from difficult clients or situations, see them as stepping stones toward greater success. 3. Effort - Fixed Mindset: Effort is seen as a sign of weakness. “If I have to work hard, I must not be good at this.” - Growth Mindset: Effort is viewed as the path to mastery. Each step forward, no matter how small, builds momentum and success. 🌱 Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. Whether you're making calls, meeting with clients, or working on a pitch, the consistent effort you put in will always pay off. 4. Feedback - Fixed Mindset: Feedback is often taken personally and seen as criticism. - Growth Mindset: Feedback is embraced as a tool for learning. It’s not about failure but rather a guide for improvement.
