Back to basics of Soulful selling
Thanks for a great session today (Oct 7, 2024).
And I assume it's who made a prompt upload and great summary of the session here:
There was so much valuable information in this call that I thought it is worth a public discussion and sharing.
For one, I discovered another color of voice - gray voice.
One of the most important takeaways from this session was reminding and setting an intention before the call: "I am here to serve"
I loved Sam's addition, that curiosity can be a gateway.
Curiosity + pre-call intention leads to more connection with heart and emotion, leading to connection with the prospect, leading to the prospect feeling heard and understood, leading to fewer objections (and less gray voice).
I also loved sharing his story that in the beginning, he had only one tool:
"[being] here to serve, to listen, understand them, and really come from a place of service …"
Another big point of this session was about going deeper into emotional things for prospects.
And I can relate, that in this call I did not go deeper on "wanting to quit job", because part of me assumed that it knew what it meant, but do I really know what it means and why it's important?
As Frans said: β€œWhen find gold, keep digging”.
And then of course the "singing questions exercise" is something I am looking forward to adding to my sales training self-practice. :)
These are my key takeaways. What are yours?
