Hi, I'm Avrom
I've been involved in Real Estate and purchased my first investment property in 2000. I started my company back in 2017 while I was working at my corporate job, and in September 2022, I decided to go all-in with my real estate business. (I'm happy to talk to those still stuck in that W-2; you can do it! if your goal is to get out of that 9-5 😉) My company provides various services, from wholesaling properties to helping that homeowner out of a bad situation and supplying Capital or Private Money to my curated list of Buyers I've worked with over the years. We also offer rent-to-own properties to clients who are looking just to get started and have that dream of homeownership when their credit isn't great. However, my goal this year, 2025, is to learn Real Estate's Brokerage part of the business. (Transactional Funding/Mortgage Broker, etc.) and to close 2-3 monthly deals by Dec. 31st, 2025. Thanks to Google (SEO), I've nurtured five websites since 2019 that all bring in leads organically. So whether it's the acquisition in receiving those Motivated Sellers through my "We Buy Houses" website OR my Cash Buyers website that allows me to Dispo properties (residential/commercial) to clients that have signed up to our Preferred Buyers list; transactional funding/Mortgage Brokering will enable us to offer more creative ways for our clients at the closing table and beyond. It's the one piece to the puzzle we're completing this year. Enter @Malcolm Turner ! I met him in another Skool Community and sent him a DM last week, and we scheduled a 1:1. (He was happy to make himself available as soon as he could, for which I'm thankful. They say, "Success leaves Clues," and listening to his years of service in Real Estate, specifically in the Brokerage business, I knew I had to find a way to "Break Bread" with him (at least virtually for now). When the Meeting ended, and he shared his insight into the business, I knew it would be best to accept his offer to join the group, learn, contribute, and celebrate everyone's successes. Hi @Cameron Race. Thanks for the message. Hope you’re well! Still focusing on brokering PML deals and the websites bring in leads for both the buyers and sellers, but your correct, not on the commercial side, just residential.

Hi, I'm Travis
I've been a missionary for the last 7 years and only have been in real estate for a few months. Started leaning more towards the lending side. Started off with transactional lending and wanted to expand into more avenues of lending. Goals for 2025 was to create a steady income to fund missions and own 3 multifamily properties with at least 500 units. My biggest challenge is not knowing anything about real estate and being flooded with information.
