Hi, I'm Travis
I've been a missionary for the last 7 years and only have been in real estate for a few months. Started leaning more towards the lending side. Started off with transactional lending and wanted to expand into more avenues of lending.
Goals for 2025 was to create a steady income to fund missions and own 3 multifamily properties with at least 500 units.
My biggest challenge is not knowing anything about real estate and being flooded with information.
