is it just me or is it getting more difficult to learn with YouTube now, there are so many distractions!. How do you guys use YouTube to learn now?

This looks like the right place for tips on how to build a good community and attract members. I'm hoping to be able to learn and share. 😀

Soo.... my 2nd community which I launched on NYE 2025 grew to 4 members in Jan (1/week). So far halfway into feb it has reach that mark (4 members in two weeks). If the trend continues, it is following an exponential growth angle... Only wrote the about page once and it is 200 characters short of maximum. 21% conversion and rank is floating around 2200 discovery BUT 100% of the join requests are coming from SEARCHing and not discovery (I am asking this as one of my membership joining questions). I am posting when able to there but it is no my primary focus. Yet by March it could exceed my main community by doing.... nothing. If I am going to monetize I am going to wait to 100 free members and then ask how I use my expertise in the auto field to build something out (besides consultations).
