shooting on tiles to ice
i like the current state of my shot but it doesnโ€™t always translate on the ice. any tips

@Luke Croucher thanks luke. ill be sure to be mad at my stick from now on when i shoot. ahahah. i use p28 55 flex im right around 145 pounds

Shooting as a defenseman
as a defenseman shooting with a screen infront where should i be aiming? should a pick a spot or try and hit a stick infront.
Hip stretching and strengthening
Do any of you have any good stretching and strengthening exercises to use in hips? My left hip was really bothering me this past season. Thank you for any tips/advice you have
