If you're reaching out to business owners who have no idea who you are, that's cold outreach. My suggestion: I like how you're complimenting them, but remember - they're getting pitched every single day. You need to stand out. So instead of pitching, build a live demo they can experience. Something you can send over that provides value immediately. Give first. Pitch later. "Hey [Name]! Been following your work in [city] - your team's crushing it. I built a quick specialized [AI employee/agent/driven system] that answers and follows up with every lead that comes through 24/7 in under 60 seconds for your Real Estate company. Would love to get your feedback on it. Takes 60 seconds to preview. [Want me to send it over? or Here's the link]" If they go through your demo, the should be able to schedule a call directly into your calendar. If not, follow up. This is just an example. Hope it helps

If you can't with linkedin, time to think outside the box... If you have the budget, run Meta ads (best and fastest way to scale). No budget? You better have time for manual outreach... pick ONE method and stick to it every single day. - Cold calls (100+ per day minimum, build or buy a list) - Facebook groups would be another option If you're new to email cold outreach, skip it. Don't care what anyone says... It requires at least $800+ upfront investment, the ability to send 1,000 emails per day (the right tool, domains, professional emails, warmup), strong copywriting skills, and a strategy to stand out from millions doing the same thing. Hard to compete when you're just starting and no clue what you're doing. If you have the budget, start with Meta ads. As you scale and make money, hire someone who specializes in cold email to handle it for you.
