Whatever they are, write them down. If you are like me and usually take Sunday totally off, then do it on Monday morning. Do not mistake your intentions for your to-do list or your standard operating procedures. An intention is something that comes from within, something you absolutely know will happen, even if you do not necessarily know how. Have a maximum of 5 intentions for the whole week, but no fewer than 1. Here are mine: 1. I attract two clients who benefit from my service. 2. I am paid for being me. 3. I make 1200 dollars this week. Three is enough for me this week. And always remember to add at the end of your list: This or something 10x better! Put your intentions in the comments below so we can keep each other accountable. Make it happen!

I want to briefly share a tool I have been using more and more lately, Google NotebookLM, because it fits beautifully with how we work in the Fleet. NotebookLM allows you to upload your own notes, documents, links, transcripts, and then work with your own thinking. Instead of searching through endless files, you can ask questions directly from your material and get clear, structured answers based only on what you have added. What I find most useful is how it helps with: ➢ Making sense of scattered notes and ideas ➢ Summarising long documents quickly without losing meaning ➢ Connecting insights across different sources ➢ Turning raw thinking into clear explanations, outlines, or talking points It feels less like “AI doing the work for you” and more like a thinking partner that helps you see your own ideas more clearly. As promised, I am sharing a short video that was generated from my notes I used during my presentation at the networking meeting. It is not 100% accurate but I did not give any extra prompts. Just uploaded my notes and hit create a video overview. Now, this video is not a proper promotional material.
