Your body is a pendulum. The sway test is one of the easiest ways to tap into your own guidance system through your nervous system. How? Stand still. Get grounded, take a breath. Ask a yes or no question. Then just notice… Do you naturally sway forward? Or shift back? It’s your nervous system and intuition working together to give you an answer. Forward may feel like a yes. Back may feel like a no. We’ve been conditioned to look outside of us for answers. And while tools are great (you know I love them!), they’re not required. When I first started exploring spiritual growth, I was guided to crystals - and I fell for them immediately. My first Pathways Natural Living Expo about 12 years ago cracked something wide open. It introduced me to a whole world of modalities, with crystals leading the way. Every table had something new - raw, polished, tiny, massive, shimmering like fairy dust or simple and grounding… yet still calling to be held. That’s where I learned to feel them. To hold a crystal and notice the energy, the shift, the response in my body. Naturally… I went home with a full bag!!
