Erica Castillo Didn’t make my protein goal. It’s been hard. Thinking the meal I’m having will be enough. Made my step count but pretty low than my usual. Haven’t been feeling too good.

I did not make my protein again. Instead I went over my carbs 😬. I made my step count. And the dinner pic is pollo gisado (chicken stew) with rice.

Yesterday, Wednesday was not too good of a day. I did strength training and made my steps, but didn’t make my protein and I went over my calorie intake. And I forgot to take a photo of my food.
