My friend on LinkedIn makes voice over videos for the messages I post. It was by God we just happened to connect one day. I posted on LinkedIn and he replied to the post and then messaged me. We talked about Christianity and how the Holy Spirit drew him to me and wanted to hear my testimony. The post had nothing to do with my testimony. I told him and he was so thankful to what God has done in my life. He told me one of his passions was making videos. He asked me if he could do voice over videos for my posts. He also said this is a blessing so it would cost nothing but glory to God. He also sends me song's I've never heard before. More like hymns. They are great. His name is Gregory Hill. You can find Him on YouTube and LinkedIn. Here is the most recent song he sent me. https://youtu.be/iltoATb142M?si=SHW8VhyBKhtIMNmH

Jesus Chose the Cross
Jesus wasn’t forced onto the cross, He chose it. John 10:17-18 ESV 17 For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.” In a world obsessed with control, power, and self preservation. Jesus modeled something radically different: Surrender with purpose. He had the authority to walk away. He had the power to stop it. He had every reason to avoid the pain. But He didn’t. Because the cross wasn’t a tragedy, it was a decision. A decision rooted in love. A decision anchored in obedience. A decision that carried the weight of humanity’s sin. Luke 22:42 ESV “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” That wasn’t weakness, but meakness. That Is strength under control. We avoid hard things. Jesus steps directly into them. We protect ourselves.Jesus gave Himself for others. The The cross changes everything Sometimes the most powerful move you can make isn’t escaping the pressure, it’s embracing the purpose inside of it. So the question becomes What are you resisting that might actually be part of your assignment?

Devotional – Walking in Peace
Scripture: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” – John 14:27 Reflection: Life can feel noisy and rushed. There are deadlines, responsibilities, and unexpected challenges that try to steal our calm. Yet Jesus offers a different kind of peace — one that doesn’t depend on perfect circumstances. His peace is steady, quiet, and strong even when the day feels overwhelming. Peace isn’t the absence of problems; it’s the presence of God with you in the middle of them. When worries begin to rise, pause and remember that you are not walking alone. God’s presence goes before you, stands beside you, and stays behind you. You can breathe deeply, release what you cannot control, and trust Him with what lies ahead. Prayer: Lord, thank You for the gift of Your peace. Help me to slow down and remember that You are near. Calm my thoughts, guide my choices, and fill my heart with confidence in Your care today. Amen. Today’s Action: Take one quiet minute today — no phone, no noise — and simply breathe and thank God for three things you’re grateful for. Let that moment reset your heart.
