This is the place for support and accountability! We host monthly challenges based on the four archetypes and this month are wrapping up Lover with Warrior starting next week. Folks participating in the challenge have set a daily goal to elevate something related to relationships and resiliency and we post our daily check-ins here. It's rare to have accountability in the world so take advantage of joining a group of allies who are on a quest as well. There are workshops and webinars in the classroom. Some of these are locked by level which is quickly achieved by posting here in the chat and engaging with others. Some others are locked for premier members which is $10 dollars a month and also gives you access to the live Sunday coaching calls. My Lover check in starts with the fact that I would not have reached out to my personal and professional people or done my book writing without this challenge. Low screen time is on track and got to the gym tonight with @Tanya Folsom which I also would not have done without support and accountability. In a nutshell, if you are not publicly committing to your goals and using others for accountability, honor and tribe, you will continue to struggle with establishing improved habits which is what life is made of.
