Hello I heard of Coherence and downloaded it earlier this year, and I wanted to say that it helped get me thru one of the most difficult times of my life watching my Dad die during hospice. having this breath work app and using vortex breathing primarily helped keep me calm and regulated to deal with the situation at hand. I just wanted to share that, say hi, and thank the creators of this marvelous app and community and I hope you all get as much use out of this as I have!
