The Time Has Come.....
Sometimes growth doesn’t look like adding more—it looks like simplifying. And with that in mind, I want to share that I’ll be closing this community space. This decision comes from a place of care, clarity, and deep listening. Every chapter has its season, and this one has been meaningful in ways I’ll always carry with me. But right now, the most aligned next step is to create space for what’s coming next. If you’d love to stay connected, I’ll be sharing updates, reflections, and what’s unfolding next inside the free Reset Journal—especially as the podcast launches and new ideas begin to take shape. https://www.muneezakhimji.com/3minuteresetjournal Thank you for showing up here. For your presence, your energy, and the quiet ways you contributed—whether you spoke often or simply listened along. With so much gratitude, Muneeza

I just wanted to say thank you for creating such a safe and meaningful space. It really mattered. I’m wishing you all the best from my heart, and I truly hope your next step brings you growth, peace, and success. You deserve it. ❤️❤️
Migraine, chicken soup and other things.
I hesitated to share these thoughts here.. I always want to be positive and share something happy or refreshing or interesting to think about. But today I am in real pain.. a migraine episode that is happening for the 2nd time this week.. severe pain and foggy brain and sensitivity to lights and sounds. So after I picked up my girl from school, she asks me as usual if I took care of her toys or not ! I always nod my head and make up stories about the things her toys did and how I dealt with them and we laugh! Today I told her that I was very sick and couldn't even take care of my self. And then she instantly asked: but if you are sick, who is going to make me my rice and chicken soup I like ? It was an innocent question from an innocent mind, but I felt sorry for myself. All I wanted at that moment is a long hug , and maybe I would feel better after. I cried for a minute, and then took an ibuprofen pill and hurried to the kitchen to make chicken soup. 🍲 And at this moment, I found my daughter coming with a wet napkin to put over my head, and this is what she was planning from the beginning but actually she didn't have a napkin. So, we actually didn't run out of hummus, but instead ran out of napkins
Resolutions....
I struggle with these because they feel like committing to an entire list and then losing momentum and feeling awful. I prefer to choose an emotion to lead with and then see how that changes the list of things i am aspiring to. Soooooooooo this year, whats the first emotion you are choosing to embrace?

Here and Now !
Good morning all ! Yesterday we went out to this amazing park and I tried a mindfulness exercise for the first time and.. WOW! Being "here and now" really calmed me down and erased tons of stressful thoughts that prevented me from enjoying my life ! I would like to consider it as a "pause" Just wanted to share this 😇❤️

@Muneeza Khimji I think it can be done in any environment.. It's about focusing on your breathing with engaging all your senses. Make sure every sense is working. Your skin touches what's near you, you hear and see what's going on around you and so on. So you keep the stressful thoughts away for a few minutes at the beginning and then you can increase the time with each trial. I just started and will see what will happen next.. but I am happy to share ❤️

I was in the physiotherapy session today, and my daughter held my hand and told me I could look at her whenever I felt any discomfort and this should calm me down.. this was so sweet and her touch really did the magic ! ❤️
