There’s a difference between sleeping
 and actually resting.
This season has tested me in ways I didn’t expect. Heartbreak has a way of showing up at night—when the distractions are gone, when your body is still, and your mind refuses to be. I remember laying in bed wondering how this was going to affect my body

It’s losing yourself in the process. That’s why I’ve leaned even harder into what’s been a non-negotiable for me for years: magnesium.
