Unapologetically YOU isn’t a branding choice......
It is a business decision. Most of us were taught to soften. Be agreeable. Don’t say the thing that might make someone uncomfortable. So we blur our edges. We round the message. We aim for “relatable.” And then we wonder why our content gets polite nods…but no traction. Here’s the shift that changes everything: + People don’t rally around clarity. + They rally around conviction. The brands that grow don’t just say what they’re for. They’re brutally clear about what they’re done with. For me, that’s: – Vision boards with no follow-through – Visualization without action – AI images with no identity shift – Manifestation that ignores the nervous system and strategy I’m against fantasy futures. I build future selves that move. Your “enemy” doesn’t have to be a person. it is the outdated belief, method, or approach you refuse to keep carrying. Rest + Recharge
Sundays are my non negotiable hike with my husband. I almost didn't go today. I had stuff to get done....... BUT..... How I rest & recharge: I used to treat rest like a reward. Burnout taught me that lesson the hard way. Now, I plan rest like I plan work. It’s on my calendar — non-negotiable. My biggest trigger to rest? When I start pushing through instead of listening. When everything feels urgent. That’s my cue to slow down, not speed up. For me, rest looks like: – hike with Ben – music + movement – quiet evenings with my family – stepping away before exhaustion makes the decision for me Burnout isn’t proof you’re committed. It’s proof something needs to change. 👇 Question I’m curious about: How do you know when rest will move you forward instead of setting you back?

ooh this is such a good preventative mindset as well as living in the now. For me I honour what my energy tells me. If I need rest I shut things down and do that. Too many times in the past I ignore it and I regret pushing through.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been doing a quiet audit of this space. Nothing is wrong. But when clarity deepens, structure evolves. Here’s the simple version: The AI Identity Lab is leveling up. We’re moving away from: - Passive consumption - Hanging out without direction And toward: - Clear structure - Identity-based implementation - A more intentional way of learning and applying this work What this means for you: If you want to stay, lean in, and actually use what you’re learning — this is about to get really good. More clarity, better tools, and a cleaner path forward. If this season doesn’t feel aligned, that’s okay too. No pressure. No worries.
