For Fun! What are your colours?
Prompt: Using my photo, create a professional color analysis image. Use the Dressing Your Truth system of colors. Show me draped in the Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 palettes with matching hair tone (but NOT dramatic hair color change) and natural everyday makeup for each type. Use correct “DYT colors” so I can evaluate which palette makes my skin look brightest, eyes clearer, and shadows reduced. Use accurate color palettes for each type: • Type 1: light, bright, warm (coral, peach, turquoise, light yellow) • Type 2: soft, muted, cool (dusty rose, lavender, sage, blue-gray) • Type 3: warm, rich, earthy (rust, mustard, olive, camel) • Type 4: cool, rich, high-contrast jewel tones (emerald, sapphire, royal purple, fuchsia, true red, black, white, charcoal)” Keep facial features and proportions exactly the same.

When AI Starts Doing More Than You Asked (video of the week)
My first video in my own visual style is here. It is not fully perfect yet — the cat necklace did not make it in. It added a different necklace instead, but the blue blouse and black trousers are already there. And Molleke appears in the final seconds as part of my brand. What did I do in this video? I laughed at myself. I am learning how to build an AI agent, and one of my biggest concerns is this: what if an AI takes over not just the task, but also the intention? What if it starts doing things the user never asked for? So I used the little character Yves and Morris gave us to play the AI agent. In the video, you see it “optimising” a simple request to write one email. The result? It turns that into a whole chain of actions - even booking speaking engagements and preparing divorce papers for my husband. Which, obviously, I never asked for… and would not even be relevant if I were married. 😄 I wanted to include that exaggeration because it shows something real: when an AI agent does too much, it can quickly move far beyond your actual intentions. I hope it gives you a laugh, because laughter is healthy. But I also hope it makes the point that AI is not something to play with casually. It helps to learn it with guidance from a coach or someone who knows what to watch out for.

Audit Your Life ...
Happy Sunday. Happy International Women-s Day. While I am working behind the scenes to get the new classroom up and running, this might be a good time to slow down for a minute and really take a look at your life. Not in a judgment way. Not in a beat-yourself-up way. Just honest. Ask yourself… What in my life is actually helping me get where I want to go? And what in my life is pulling me off track? What habits should stay? What habits need to go? What relationships make me stronger? Which ones drain my energy? What am I giving my time to every day…and does it match the future I keep saying I want? Most people don’t get stuck because they aren’t capable. They get stuck because they never stop long enough to audit what they’re allowing into their life. Today might be a good time to do that. Not to be perfect. Just to get clear. Because when you get clear about what needs to go…it gets a lot easier to protect what matters. Stay on offense.

For Fun!
Prompt: Using the sent photo to make the face. Create artistic portrait in black and white, close-up of a woman lying down, captured in an intimate silence. Only half of the face is in evidence, highlighting the expressive, deep eye, framed by long eyelashes and dark smoky makeup, which conveys intensity and mystery. The eyebrows are striking and well-defined, enhancing the look. Hair falls loosely and naturally onto the pillow. The woman rests her head on her arm, with her hand gently raised in front of her face, creating antic pose. The light is soft and directional, forming striking contrasts between shadows and illuminated areas, emphasizing skin texture and depth of look. Artistic, elegant, dramatic, high-photographic set, realism with magazine photography atmosphere. Don't change my features.

While you are waiting for the Revamp.....
We are not just doing hyper realistic images of ourselves or clients, but images that explain and teach. Use this prompt, tweak and post below. Using everything you know about me, create an infographic about my work in AI and digital design that would be great as a visual aid for my CV. Here's a picture of me that you can use as a headshot, but update it with a professional team that specializes in creating scroll-stopping headshots. To learn more about me, please ask me up to five questions, one at a time. For each question you ask, please provide 5 descriptive examples to help me answer and understand it.” It really asked some great questions! When it got to the style question I I chose watercolor and asked it to keep the space open and no crowding of text.
