Rest + Recharge
Sundays are my non negotiable hike with my husband. I almost didn't go today. I had stuff to get done....... BUT..... How I rest & recharge: I used to treat rest like a reward. Burnout taught me that lesson the hard way. Now, I plan rest like I plan work. It’s on my calendar — non-negotiable. My biggest trigger to rest? When I start pushing through instead of listening. When everything feels urgent. That’s my cue to slow down, not speed up. For me, rest looks like: – hike with Ben – music + movement – quiet evenings with my family – stepping away before exhaustion makes the decision for me Burnout isn’t proof you’re committed. It’s proof something needs to change. 👇 Question I’m curious about: How do you know when rest will move you forward instead of setting you back?

Nano Banana Question
Still have some free credits for nano banana in OpenArt, how do I bring in my AI twin in those prompts?

Got my first hater in a really long time. Some man I knew over 30 years ago shaming me for using AI. I once was in a membership where everyone came to each others aid with things like this. If you feel called and in the spirit of support I invite you to make a post on that post- not bashing him but supporting our mission to express ourselves however we see fit. I already commented. My page is https://facebook.com/brendaadelman. It’s me in the red dress for New years coupled with me sleeping with my car

Can we cancel programs?
I recently purchased Galaxy AI because for $15- OMG but then I got scared to cancel the $20 chat because I wondered if Galaxy AI would give me limits. @Lindsay Hack do you know? Have you canceled chat since i saw Galaxy AI in the resources section. Thx
Where can I learn how to write more engaging scripts for AI videos at a 5-second level?
For Free Dance in OpenArt, I deliberately work with fragments of exactly five seconds. A lot can actually happen in five seconds, but I find it challenging to describe that action clearly and effectively for AI. I want to learn how to describe each five-second segment in a way that: - creates clear and dynamic action, - avoids static or “frozen” visuals, - prevents AI from adding strange or irrelevant elements, - and stays true to the real story. In the editing phase, I connect these five-second clips, but my question is specifically about writing strong prompts/scripts for each 5-second fragment.
