Have to manipulate the scale weight at this point. Look for food that is light on the scale for the calories. Lean on oils and fats. Cut the water 16 hours before weigh ins, add a potassium supplement to keep from cramping, and get in a good workout. My guess is you’ll sleep off about 2 pounds. then just work off the remaining weight. Check out the refueling plan and follow that to refuel for after weigh ins. That will at least get you started until @Boeden Greenley can answer your question.

What are some good overall meals to eat during a cut. Let’s say starting from 3 days out. I always make weight but I would like some meals that do not leave me bored and satisfy my cravings and keep me happy.
