Fuel after weighing in?
What is the best way to fuel after weigh in but we don’t wrestle for 3 hours.

Is it normal to consistently be about 6.5-7 lbs over the day before weigh ins? My son seems to hike back up to 138-139 the day before he weighs in for 132.
Calories
I’m still injured but doing some light drilling and assault bike work not to hard but still getting a nice sweat in should I raise my calorie higher from 1750 now that I’m more active so my body doesn’t use my muscle as fuel
Help!
My son has been following your guidelines this week and is still 9#over for a Saturday AM weigh in. Suggestions?
