Is it normal to consistently be about 6.5-7 lbs over the day before weigh ins? My son seems to hike back up to 138-139 the day before he weighs in for 132.
I’m still injured but doing some light drilling and assault bike work not to hard but still getting a nice sweat in should I raise my calorie higher from 1750 now that I’m more active so my body doesn’t use my muscle as fuel
