For me it feels like I'm changing and growing but I tend to go too deep into the inner work or not doing much at all and the in between for me looks like doing inner work here and there. I'm extremely worried that I'm going to make the wrong decision even when I make a decision I'm terrified its the wrong one. I know I'm different but the world around me still looks the same and I'm terrified of slipping back

Before you dive into the rest of your day, check in with yourself: What’s one thing you genuinely need right now — not the expectation, not the routine, the real need underneath everything? Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s clarity. Maybe it’s a boundary. Maybe it’s joy. Ask yourself honestly: “What would actually support me today?” Then let yourself follow through on it.

I need rest but not the kind of rest you can get at home the kind of rest you get by going on a solo camping trip surrounded by nature, waterfalls, trees, animals. Boundaries are an important thing that I need too. I'm just now to the point where I'm starting to enforce them without guilt. As for joy that's always been a hard one for me. Its almost like I don't know how to have joy any more.
