Agency view
I used to be able to see both my sub account and agency view from same dashboard, but when I login now I'm only seeing sub account. It no longer has a "switch to agency view"....

Hi Sarah St John, This usually happens when there’s a change in how you’re logging in or how your user permissions are set. Here are the most common reasons and fixes: 1. You’re logged in via a sub-account URL If you log in directly through a sub-account link, it will only show that location. 👉 Try logging in through the main agency dashboard:https://app.gohighlevel.com 2. Your user role was changed If your access was switched from Agency Admin to a Sub-account user, you won’t see the “Switch to Agency View” option anymore. 👉 Ask the agency owner (or check your settings) to confirm your role is still Agency level. 3. Different login email Sometimes this happens if you accidentally log in with a different email that only has sub-account access. 👉 Double-check you’re using the correct email tied to your agency account. 4. UI update or account glitch GoHighLevel occasionally updates the interface, and the switch option may move or temporarily disappear. 👉 Try: - Logging out and back in - Clearing cache / using incognito - Checking the top-left menu or profile dropdown for “Switch to Agency” 5. Custom domain login issue If your agency uses a white-label domain, it may default you into a sub-account. 👉 Use the main GoHighLevel login link to access full agency view. If none of these fix it, it’s likely a permission or backend issue, reaching out to GoHighLevel support would be the next step.
