“How Smart Parents Afford Organic Food in an Inflation Economy”mp3
Most parents think organic food is “too expensive.” But here’s what’s wild… Have you actually looked at the price of junk food lately? Chips. Cereal. Frozen meals. Snacks. Soda. Inflation quietly pushed most processed food right up to organic prices—yet nobody talks about it. What is expensive?👇🏻 • Buying food with no plan • Constant snack runs • Name-brand “clean” toiletries • Convenience over intention There’s a simple shift parents are making right now: ✔️ Meal prepping instead of impulse shopping ✔️ Cutting processed food that drains the budget ✔️ Making basic household items instead of overpaying ✔️ Reclaiming margin in a tight economy I recorded a short 4 minute MP3 breaking this down in plain English—no fluff, no guilt, just practical thinking for parents feeling the squeeze. If you want the audio, comment “ORGANIC” below and I’ll send it to you. Fair warning: it might change how you look at your grocery bill and income moving forward.

The letime infuser update
I've been putting this machine to work. I've made a lot of tinctures and infused oils. I'm going to try distilling my homemade wine tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be like a brandy. This thing is so amazing! Worth every penny. I'm getting so much done already. Later on I'll post pictures and the things I've made so far.

🌴 Purely Rooted Spotlight: Coconut Amino Acids 🌿
If you’re looking for a clean, flavorful alternative to soy sauce, coconut amino acids deserve a spot in your pantry. Made from the fermented sap of coconut blossoms and sea salt, this natural seasoning packs a savory punch — without the soy, gluten, or artificial additives that can sneak into traditional sauces. 💪 Key Benefits: ✅ Lower Sodium: Coconut aminos typically have 60–70% less sodium than soy sauce, which makes them a heart-friendly option for those watching salt intake. ✅ Amino Acid Rich: As the name suggests, they contain essential amino acids — the building blocks of protein that support muscle repair, hormone balance, and overall cellular health. ✅ Gut & Hormone Friendly: Unlike soy-based sauces, coconut aminos don’t contain phytoestrogens or GMOs. They’re also gentle on digestion and ideal for those with sensitivities. ✅ Allergen-Free: 100% gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. A clean swap that fits paleo, keto, and Whole30 lifestyles. 🍳 How to Use Them: Coconut aminos work beautifully anywhere you’d use soy sauce — marinades, stir-fries, salad dressings, sushi, or even as a drizzle over roasted veggies or rice bowls. The flavor is slightly sweeter and less salty, which actually brings out the natural taste of the food more effectively. 🔁 Smart Substitutions: If you’re out of coconut aminos or can’t find them, here are a few quick swaps: - Tamari: A gluten-free soy sauce that’s similar in flavor but higher in sodium. - Liquid Aminos (Bragg’s): Made from soy but packed with amino acids — stronger and saltier than coconut aminos. - Homemade Mix: Combine 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar + 1 tbsp beef or vegetable broth + a dash of molasses — a surprisingly close match for texture and depth! 🌿 Purely Rooted Takeaway: Small swaps can make a big impact. Coconut aminos are a great example of how eating clean doesn’t mean giving up flavor — it just means getting smarter about your ingredients. What’s your favorite way to use coconut aminos? @Carla Giddeons this is such great information! Thank you so much for taking time to share! One last question. What brand of supplements do you purchase and where do you get them? And the essential oil? What brand and where?

Hey 👋🏼 I’m from South Carolina in the USA. I’ve been on this journey of cleaning up the toxins from my diet and home for a couple of years now. I want to learn more about healing my body naturally and would love to stumble on a cure for polycystic kidney disease. Or at least find a way to slow the progression. So glad I found this community and I’m ready to learn all the things! 🌿🌱
