I think I have officially hit my first burnout phase. There are days where I am 100% in it and ive been experiencing days where im 🖕. I hope this passes.

I am going to attempt to run this BLITZ solo. What does that mean? I don’t fucking know. All that I do know is that I am responsible for myself and my input. Ive been grinding away at SAVAGE DAD FITNESS for a while at going to see how far I can take it. My community started at #18 today and we ended at #15. I’m competitive as fuck when I’m focused. I’m trying to see what type of damage I can do in a month.
