@Ivan Vazquez Thank you, glad to be here 😊 and I totally get that. Async communication makes such a difference. Clean inboxes and well-structured systems can eliminate a lot of unnecessary calls.

@Gemma Coles I completely agree, the waiting, call backs, and missed connections are such time drains 😩. That’s why I love async systems when they’re set up well. And thank you so much for the welcome I really appreciate it!
Why copying competitors feels safe — and usually backfires
When something isn’t working, it’s tempting to look sideways. Who are they targeting? What channels are they using? What offers do they run? The problem is you don’t see why their system works.You only see the surface. Different audience, different timing, different constraints. What looks like a shortcut often skips the part that actually matters. This is why copying tactics without context creates more confusion, not clarity.

This really resonates. It’s easy to copy what looks like it’s working without understanding the context behind it especially audience and timing. The surface-level tactics rarely tell the full story.
