What Am I doing wrong (landing page)
I've been successfully advertising for well over a year now. I use instant forms usually but every time I start testing a landing page my CPMs are extremely low and my CPC is amazing. But my landing page almost never converts no matter what I do. I even removed the authority picture and put the form right on my page because of this Check out my landing page please and tell me what I need to do PLEASE VIEW ON MOBILE, https://ad.unitedconstructorsinc.com/landing

Ad agency outreach
Hi everyone! Now that I've got a solid grip on how to actually run decent ads, I was wondering if anyone was able to share your favourite outreach method you found to work well early on? I've been cold DM'ing and emailing local businesses to try and keep a sense of familiarity, but I've been ghosted by everyone that I've reached out to so far. I've been doing personalised outreach, so writing the emails/dms is more time consuming and impacts volume but its something I feel is the right thing to do. I'd love to hear what outreach method others found success with in the early stages of an advertising agency, and what kind of offers prospects responded best to? Thanks everyone! 🫑

If you're not running ads I'd definitely say Linkedin. Hire VA's for $400/Month per VA to do outreach on sales navigator (100 Connection messages per day). And hire as many VA's as possible while also posting on each account
Should I make a seperate testing campaign and scaling campaign?
I've seen this concept thrown around and It makes a lot of sense it terms of how the learning on meta works. And account simplification too The way I was planning on trying it was having one campaign where I test creatives, with multiple variations of an ad in one ad set, and then putting performing creatives in the scaling campaign the scaling campaign would be one ad set per creative, so that it can isolate creatives and make sure it doesn't mess up the learning for other ads And the scaling campaign would have a+ budget. Is this worth it? or do you guys think it's just overcomplicating?? Would love to hear feedback

Ad agency socials vs personal brand
Hi everyone! Long time no post πŸ˜… This is a question I've been mulling over for the last couple of weeks but I would love to hear your opinions about it: Is it best to pursue organic social growth on the personal account of the agency owner (how Jason does it) or is it better to start from a new account/page for the agency, and how would the content vary between those two accounts? At the moment I have both, but the agency profile is not yet fleshed out nor does it have a following yet. As for the personal account, the followers on there are people I know personally and I'm unsure if such niche content is going to appeal to them. I would love to hear from people who have gone down one (or both) of these paths, and what your experience was? Thanks in advance everyone 🫑

$75 to reach 1,500 people isn't that bad honestly, $50 CPM is pretty standard for that niche
