thereâs a Sartainism that I keep thinking about, which is âyouâre not depressed youâre just a bitch.â while this may be true, It might not actually be helpful to many people who are facing potentially diagnosable mental problems. So I want to hear from yâall what actionable advice you would give to people here who have depression and/or anxiety.
