What I’m seeing about the LinkedIn algorithm.
1. Comments = currency. Posts that spark conversation get rewarded. 2. Video is down. Once viral, now averaging ~15k impressions. 3. People > graphics. Selfies/photos with people outperform plain images. 4. Pods beware. LinkedIn is cracking down on instant, unnatural engagement. The big truth? → Post daily for 100 days and growth is inevitable.

@Jp Watkins i post 3-4 days a week. I delete people that fall into the lead generation and offshore IT people. Neither serve my needs and are not potential buyers and certainly not community collaborators. I wish there was an easier way to delete them. It’s very tedious.

@Jp Watkins I’m decreasing the noise more than anything. (DM pitches that don’t interest me). We’re only allowed 30k connections.i don’t want mine wasted on dead weight that’s not engaging.
Here are the exact skills I'm using to build a $1M biz
Hey fam, happy Friday. First off, high-income skills should be your main focus right now. 2026 is only 97 days away, so there's no time to mess around anymore. Here's exactly what to learn before 2026: 1. YouTube Video Scripting (AI Prompts) 2. Photoshop / Canva for Content Visuals 3. CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere Pro (Video) 4. Newsletter Copywriting (Weekly Emails) 5. AI Automations (Zapier / Beehiiv) 6. Building a Community (Skool, Discord, Slack) 7. Recording Videos (Get on Camera) 8. Learn to Speak (Film Yourself Constantly) 9. Travel for Experience (I've Been to 50+ Countries) Focus less on the fancy skills, and more on the ones that convert. In the comments of this post, let me know the following: 1. Do you already have any of the skills I'm using? 2. What's your no.1 skill you want to learn right now? 3. What skill are you using the most for your business? Also, I'm going live on LinkedIn at 12:00 PM CST today. See you soon! Alex

Is that Plaud on the back of your phone?

Disregard. I didn’t look at the 2nd picture before asking that question. I’ve been contemplating buying a Plaud recorder and it attaches to your phone so I thought yours might be. 😬 Proof that confirmation bias is legit. 😂
Need opinion
Hello Guys, I want your suggestion on cold DM and suggest me which option should i adopt. I have created following plan based on multiple research. Conservative Daily Plan • 35-40 connection requests per day (245-280 weekly) • 80-100 messages per day • 150-180 LinkedIn profile visits per day • 1,200-1,500 Sales Navigator profile visits per day • 1-2 InMails per day (Core Plan: 50/month ≈ 1.7/day) • 2-3 InMails per day (Advanced Plan: 80/month ≈ 2.7/day) • 40-50 Open InMails per week (200/week maximum from image) • 160-200 Open InMails per month (800/month maximum) Aggressive Daily Plan (for established campaigns) • 40-45 connection requests per day (280-315 weekly) • 120-140 messages per day • 180-200 LinkedIn profile visits per day • 1,500-1,800 Sales Navigator profile visits per day • 1-2 InMails per day (Core Plan limit) • 2-3 InMails per day (Advanced Plan limit) • 45-55 Open InMails per week (approaching 200/week limit) • 180-220 Open InMails per month (staying under 800/month) I had a call with one guy last month and he said he is sending 50-60 connection request per day without getting any ban. PS: My LinkedIn account is 13 years old and Government ID verified. (I know i have not utilized my LinkedIn account properly.) @Marcel Lindwurm , @Marcus Lam , @Alex Colhoun , @Pavan Sriram , @Jp Watkins and all, Please provide me your Suggestion

Depending on your SSI score, you have connection limits weekly. Some as low as 100/week. That’s a ton of outbound activity. I’d love to hear a follow up to this. Good luck.
How I Plan 6 Months of LinkedIn Posts in Just 1 Hour
The struggle I see literally every single day is: "What do I post on LinkedIn?" I went ahead and recorded a 20-minute video showing exactly what I'd do to create 6 months of content (starting with 90 days) in just 1 hour of your time (give or take). Here's what you need: 1. First, watch this video: Video Link Here 2. Go through the Google Doc for scripts: Google Doc Here 3. Use ChatGPT to use the scripts and Google Sheets to build the calendar. Then, respond to this post with the following: - What's your #1 struggle right now with content? - Any advice you have for other members creating their content? - Any questions for me or other members after watching the video? Also, we have new live calendar events in the "Calendar" section. Add them to your schedule! Cheers, Alex

One of my struggles is consistently posting. I tend to get bored easily. 😃 My ICP are leaders, but niched down are leaders that lack self-awareness. The problem with that is 95% think they are self-aware. Data shows only 10-15% are. How do I market to someone that doesn’t think they need me? So I’ve tried to market toward the leaders that know their teams lack self-awareness. Your content is gold. I need to bite the bullet so I don’t have to think about “what content,” but I get bored when I create in advance. Then scheduled posts are not the “topics” I “feel” today. How should I combat that?

@Alex Colhoun I agree. It’s usually ties into self-awareness. It’s getting there with a story where my head struggles. 😂

Happy Thursday! After loads of comments about making an area where everyone can find each other, I'm building out a module in the classroom where everyone can connect with each other. On this post, drop the following information: 1. What is your first name? 2. What is your LinkedIn URL? 3. What niche do you create content in? 4. How many followers do you have? 5. Bonus if you want: What city/country are you based in? 🇺🇸 I'll be building a Google Sheet where you can find our entire community. You'll be able to connect, message each other, and build further relationships without having to guess what people do. Reply with these answers and I'll start building! (Feel free to respond to other members as well just to create some convos on this post!) Cheers, Alex
