I don’t know how I did it but I finally lift my legs off the ground I know it’s not perfect form my shoulders need to be a bit higher and elbow in a 90 degree angle but well it’s this or nothing. Getting closer to the handstand push up
Hi! I've been doing Pull Push Legs this past month hypertrophy wise but I haven't worked abs yet. Would it be better if I just include abs on the PPL or do I work on calisthenic skills? If so, what exercises would best fit and how many reps sets?
bro if you really want a killer ab workout, try hangged sit ups. where you hang yourself upside down on the pull up bar (using the back of your knees) and start doing sit ups
