Looking for some feedback from folks running FB ads. We launched FB ads a week ago and started by sending traffic to our own funnel/landing page form. The ads appeared to perform well (1,000+ clicks to the form page), but we got zero form submissions. Based on feedback, we pivoted and launched a new campaign but switched to a Facebook lead form (Higher Intent). Form setup is very simple: - Name + phone required - Email optional We’ve had 9 “leads” come through, but so far they all appear bogus: - Most don’t answer calls or texts - One person who answered had no idea who we were and said they never filled out a form - Others go straight to call screening / IVR and never respond For those of you successfully using FB lead forms: - Should we add more friction to the form? - More form questions? - What changes actually improved lead quality for you? Looking for what’s working for you guys. Appreciate any insight.
