How is everyone doing with there big rocks? I missed at least a week and a half.... I was in bed. Trying to get better and better... But noticed my 🪨 weren't going anywhere without me moving them. 🤣 I'm so glad Sage was there to help me, keep my sanity🤣🤣 So for now I'd love to make a comeback! And I could use some inspiration... what rocks did u choose and what little steps did you make over the last 2 weeks?! 💖 🍒 🌸

My Big Rocks: To take care of my pfysical helth, sleeo and body, And to let my self be 1 priorety in my life]. I am here because I don´t want to be a bitter old lady, angry about life, becouse I newer find out to live the life my way.(the right water) This communety gives me hope, at last I don´t feel like 2 hand human, and the roadmap gives me hope that I can be friend with my self and feel that I am werthy as all people. I commit to showing up, not perfection, completing check-ins, doing the exercises, engaging with the community]. When it gets hard, I will, put a note where I always can see it: Reach out to the community, return to my Big Rocks, do my bare minimum protocol, remember why I started].

@Linda Trup Wouw, lige som mig :-) Ja, det er vist på tide at vi begynder at tage sig af os selv først, nu. Selv om det er svært at aflære, men med øvelse, bliver vi bedre til det. :-)

My big rock is something I have to be - not do.
Just set my Big Rocks for the next 6 weeks and realized the real work isn't the morning routines or the protein goals. It is not health and/or creative projects. It's becoming a woman who stands by her own needs and stops believing other people's unhappiness is her fault, responsibility or obligation. The food and the routines and creative projects are just the daily proof. It freaks me out when thinking of setting my own needs first - but here we go 😬

Hvor er det godt :-) Det er også en af mine store sten. Det er utroligt, så svært det er, selv når man har indset, hvor vigtigt det er. ... men vi klarer det. Jeg hepper på dig :-)

This week I have really gotten out of my own way and taken to heart what I have been digging into in my full report. In my Awakening Report I described the 'Tuesday morning I would like to see' as "I would plan my day with enthusiasm and go after it, feeling satisfied with my effort and the result." Well, I did just that - this week I've sat for 5-10 minutes each morning (5 days in a row) and written out my plan for the day, focusing on 3 things and then ticking them off as I went. As a result, I have a diary full of completed things and a few Big things... I've sent 2 business proposals, signed up 2 new clients, and best of all I haven't had time to procrastinate. I'm receiving it and celebrating today🎉 It is possible and I'm going to make it stick again next week!
