I discovered Yoga Nidra during the time I started learning Yoga and healing my thyroid imbalance. It helped me all the time when I needed it. Either it’s for resting purpose, or sleeping aid, or just simply calming, connecting to myself… I many times thought of learning to teach and spread the benefit of Yoga Nidra however I haven’t managed to make it happen. I got to know this community through Newletter of Ayla Nova.
