A Little Give-Back to the Community That Helped Me Grow
I’ve been here for a while learning, watching how everyone shares game, fails forward, and keeps pushing and honestly, this community has helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. One thing that really hit me along the way was how much presentation affects trust in this business. You can have the best deals, the right buyers, and still… people hesitate not because you’re bad at what you do, but because when they try to check you out online, there’s just nothing there. That used to be me. I had solid conversations, sent great offers, but something always felt missing until I had a website. It wasn’t fancy just clean, simple, and real. But it made people trust me faster. Calls started converting smoother, and deals felt more natural. Recently, a close friend of mine he’s a digital marketing and web design expert mentioned he wanted to build a few free websites to grow his portfolio and try out some new ideas. @Marcus Eden very real I ran into this same headache when I started doing virtual wholesaling sellers flat out refusing e-sign. At first I thought it was just stubbornness, but an experienced investor told me something that changed how I approached it. Turns out, it’s rarely about the signature itself… it’s about how clear and professional the process looks to the seller. Once I fixed that part, I noticed sellers stopped fighting the signing step altogether. I wish I had known that sooner, would’ve saved me a lot of stress.

@David Rey Exactly I totally get that. Some sellers really just operate by what they think is the right way, and no amount of professionalism seems to change that. But here’s the crazy part I found a subtle approach, something an expert showed me, that makes even the most hesitant sellers move forward without resistance. It’s one of those things you wouldn’t expect, but once you see it, it completely changes the game.
