Hi everyone! 👋I'm excited to be part of this community — my name is Sabreena, and I recently launched Dwellora Ventures Ltd, a company focused on building long-term value in property and housing. I was about to start out with rent-to-rent (particularly in the social housing and supported accommodation space), but I’m now deeply interested in expanding into deal packaging and eventually BRRRs as I build experience and momentum. What draws me to property is the potential to create real impact, whether that’s through housing solutions, smart investment strategies, or even how spaces can improve quality of life. I’m here to learn, share, and connect with like-minded investors, deal sourcers, and service providers. Hi everyone, I’m attending the 3 day Property Millionare’s BootCamp this week and I am a little nervous about overload of information. Any tips would be appreciated.

When I started in e-commerce, my biggest challenge was simple: I was doing everything alone and didn’t know what “actually works.” I spent months tweaking ads, redesigning my store, and chasing “perfect,” but the results were inconsistent.
