The thing I struggle the most is starting important and even urgent tasks after it feels that I am not getting anywhere even when I try What I always wanted to ask is - how is our privacy protected within the platform and the AI part. I am from Germany. In my place of birth they said that you had to pick the cherries 🍒 the first year to pluck them in again in the second year to be able to get a real harvest. I am living near Frankfurt currently.

I want to be informed if and when another challenge starts since I know some people I want to invite.
Spottet some dysfunctional patterns
Still need to learn healthier coping mechanisms than spiking dopamine by keeping on insulting myself or other bad habits. I still consider those insights a win.
