⚠️ Important: Day 2 and every day after will be on Zoom
Hey everyone, first of all, thank you for the energy yesterday. Despite the technical hiccups, we made the most of it, and I'm genuinely grateful for every single one of you who showed up. Over 300 of you were actively chatting in the webinar, which is honestly amazing (and probably part of why Skool's live broke 😅). What's changing: From Day 2 onwards, all live calls will run on Zoom instead of Skool. What's NOT changing: Everything else stays right here. The community, the classroom, the recordings all of it lives in Skool exactly like before. Only the live event itself is moving. 👉 Zoom link (same for every day): https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85644318631 Save this one. It works for the entire challenge. ⚠️ One thing to check: I've already updated the calendar here in Skool, but if you added the event to your personal calendar earlier, it'll still point to the old Skool link. Please replace it with the Zoom link above so you don't end up in the wrong place. See you on Zoom for Day 2, it's a powerful one. 💛

@Renee Kers Both, thanks
Day 4 at the Awakening Assessment Corral
The mirror principle just clicked, in the the process. My "beautiful, spacious, disorganized" home with piles and places that are "filled up" is a literal map of my inner world right now. It's humbling, frustrating... and helpful to see it so much more clearly

@Lola Vanslette Storage units! Things to put more things in, with some semblance of organization. Bliss! That is so familiar. I've had to do major downsizing a couple of times. It ran me through the wringer because of my beliefs about that. But it was ultimately very freeing. For me, the second time, I had to do it in phases, not all at once; that made it more manageable. Maybe that could help with you FB sales -- if you have the time.

Hey friends. Here's a funny and insightful monologue from George Carlin on the subject. https://youtu.be/MvgN5gCuLac?si=SSlAXmMguZPz62kW

As a rare Skool user prior to this week, I just found out that I actually have two accounts here, and have been toggling from one to the other unintentionally, confusing things. Is there a way to consolidate the two into one?
ADHD + Reading = Obsession Anyone
Who else here is a full-blown reading addict?? I’ve realized something about myself.......I am 100% an “all or nothing” person. It’s in my DNA. Never done drugs, never smoked (not judging, just know myself)… because if I like something.......Oh, it’s game over..... Food...... I will eat the SAME thing every day for 6 months straight and then suddenly act like it personally offended me and never touch it again.... Rules that say “take no more than one”? Cool cool… I’ll take two just to see what happens. For science. Obviously. Then I found reading…And I was like ohhhhhh this is my new personality now..... The difference was, it wasn’t forced. No tests, no pressure. Just me choosing it. BUT… life got busy, and sitting down to read felt impossible. Enter: audiobooks here...... Now I can “read” while driving, cleaning, zoning out, avoiding responsibilities (you know… normal things). And when my brain gets loud or chaotic, I put a book on and it’s like everything just… quiets down..... Let the peace begin.... I get completely lost in it, and honestly......... Sometimes (alot of the time) that escape is exactly what I need. I’ll read/listen to anything—self-help, thrillers, romance, dark romance, fantasy… if it exists, I’ll try it at least once..... So I’m curious ( i think curious should be my middle name), does reading or listening to books help quiet your brain too? And what are you currently obsessed with?? Let’s talk books—I need new ones anyway!🤣

@Gaelle Penhallow That's a good point. I've noticed more deeply this week that having stuff in the "pantry" for the future feels like riches to me. If I "eat" the stuff, I won't still have it to look forward to in the future. So, yeah it is kind of a style. Bu, for me, it probably could use some revision!

@Gaelle Penhallow That makes sense. And I agree, The digital reading seems to touch a different place in the nervous system and soul.
Day 4
The mirror principle just clicked. I said my career was at an all-time low and "nothing's changed" - then realized I'm a stay-at-home mum who's been grinding a game every morning for the dopamine and the connection with people around the world. The game isn't the problem. It's showing me what's missing.

Great insight. It also seems like there is a lot of reward in the day you currently have

@Madeleine Tuhakaraina ❤️ That seems to me like an enormously important realization. One of my first big teachers made that point -- that acknowledging and receiving our wins brings them into our nervous system and makes impressions on the subconscious. I'm still working on that, many years later. but much better at it. As a massage therapist and bodyworker, all of my clients get positive changes and nourishment. But the ones who don't really notice it with inner gratitude often seem to end up feeling less nourished by the end of the day.
